Our apartment house is located very quietly at the entrance of the Karwendel Nature Reserve. Hiking trails, cross-country ski tracks, and the golf course are in the immediate vicinity of our house. In winter, well-prepared trails through a dreamy winter landscape offer a paradise for cross-country skiers, whether beginners or professionals. However, for those who do not want to strap on skis, there are 65 kilometers of well-cleared winter hiking trails in the nature reserve.
