Your Responsibilities

  • Perform professional massage treatments and body scrubs
  • Coordinate and schedule guest appointments
  • Provide personalized guest consultations and actively recommend and sell spa products
  • Supervise and maintain cleanliness throughout the entire spa area (indoor and outdoor)
  • Conduct regular sauna infusion rituals (Aufgüsse)
  • Ensure compliance with all hygiene and quality standards

Your Profile

  • Completed professional training as a massage therapist with relevant work experience
  • Friendly, warm, and welcoming personality
  • Empathetic, flexible, and guest-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong commitment to quality and outstanding service
  • Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Sound knowledge of spa operations
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Good command of German (spoken)
