Your Responsibilities
- Welcome our guests warmly and be their first point of contact during check-in and check-out
- Assist and support guests in person, by phone, and via email
- Handle all front office and administrative tasks independently
- Support the breakfast service when needed
- Provide guests with information about our hotel, services, and local area
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth internal processes
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the hospitality industry and are familiar with daily guest service operations.
