For our Haus Leithner Bistro, we are looking for a committed and professionally qualified individual with a passion for high-quality service and genuine hospitality.
Since opening on 7 July 2025, our bistro has established itself as a relaxed yet stylish meeting place in Pertisau. From breakfast through to dinner, our focus is on quality, attentiveness and personalised service. Working within a small, well-coordinated team allows for short decision-making paths, personal responsibility and a truly professional approach to guest care.
Our varied, high-quality cuisine, combined with warm and authentic hospitality, forms the foundation of the bistro. As Chef de Rang, you will take responsibility within the service team, act as a key point of contact for both guests and colleagues, and actively contribute your experience to the ongoing development of our concept.

We are looking for a motivated colleague to support our small and dedicated service team.
You have previous experience in the hospitality industry
You enjoy working with people and providing attentive guest service
You are able to work independently and take responsibility
You are motivated to be part of a concept and development that has only just begun
You are confident communicating in both German and English
What we offer:
A full-time position with 40 hours over 5 days or 48 hours over 6 days.
Fair pay above the collective agreement – we will be happy to discuss the appropriate model with you in person.
Work in a small, friendly and professional team with short decision-making processes.
Accommodation available as required.
Meals included on working days.
Regular working hours between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
