Your Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and entertain our guests
• Recommend drinks and provide personalized recommendations
• Prepare and serve beverages professionally
• Prepare bar drinks for the service team
• Ensure smooth operations throughout the bar area
• Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and organization at the workplace
• Ensure compliance with our quality standards
• Independently handle service transactions and billing
• Show warmth and friendliness towards guests and colleagues

Your Profile

• Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy
• Several years of diverse and comprehensive experience in an upscale à la carte environment
• Extensive knowledge of beverages, spirits, and cocktails
• Good wine knowledge
• Strong service orientation and a passion for hospitality
• Professional sense of responsibility and reliability
• Independent, structured, and organized way of working
• Strong team spirit and respectful interaction with colleagues
• Well-groomed, confident appearance and excellent manners
• Good command of German and English
• Strong commitment to service, a positive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork with great attention to detail
• Resilient and dependable personality
