Do you love giving guests a warm welcome, using your organizational skills to create perfect stays and ensure smooth processes? Perfect! We are looking for you as a reservation clerk (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. Become part of our #teamkraftplatz and experience the Alpenrose spirit!
YOUR PROFILE
Your tasks will include dealing with telephone inquiries, various administrative tasks and communication relating to arrivals, reservations and bookings. You will work in the hotel's central contact point and play a key role in turning satisfied guests into enthusiastic regular guests.
YOUR SKILLS
Completed a training or graduation from a hotel management school
At least 2 years of professional experience in reception/reservations
Confident handling of data processing programs is a prerequisite, knowledge of Protel is an advantage
Perfect written and spoken German is required
English, French and Italian are an advantage
Confidence on the phone
Enjoy contact with people
Very good manners
