At our sports shop, SPORT LEITHNER AKTIV, we offer our guests everything they need for their favourite sport. And at our Pertisau Ski School, we have been helping our guests since 1960 to learn to ski from scratch or to improve the techniques they have already learnt.
For the coming winter season, or with immediate effect, we are looking for
Staff for the ski school office and shop (M/F/D – full-time 40 hours or part-time by agreement)
Your responsibilities:
Advising our guests (in person, online and by telephone) on booking ski courses and hiring sports equipment
Advising on the purchase of equipment and accessories
Assisting with the planning and scheduling of courses
Managing the till and accounting independently
Fitting and advising on sports equipment hire
Your German is important for customer advice, as well as being the primary language of instruction and the internal working language
You speak English, and perhaps even Dutch and/or French
You have excellent organisational skills and good IT skills
You enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills
Sport is your passion – you’re familiar with skiing and cycling
You’re also willing to work at weekends if required
And you’re reliable and flexible

Sports Equipment Sales Assistant
Your responsibilities:
- Actively selling sports equipment
- Advising our customers on the purchase of sports equipment, outdoor clothing and footwear
- Assisting with advice and fitting of hire equipment
- Arranging product displays and pricing goods
- Cashier duties (sales and hire) & handling customer complaints

Your first language is German, which is also the language used with customers and internally (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)

Experience in sales – preferably in the sports goods sector

A Category B driving licence is an advantage
