Achensee Discovery Week
If you work at Lake Achensee and have yet to discover all the attractions on offer, or if you are new to the region, we have just the thing for you: "Achensee Discovery Week", which takes place from 17 to 25 May 2025. This special week gives you the chance to explore the area, discover its many sights, and immerse yourself in the local culture – all completely free of charge. Thanks to the support of our generous partners, you can look forward to a wide range of offers and the chance to win fantastic prizes in our prize draw for all participants.
Good to know
- What makes this event so valuable? Our aim is to ensure that both existing and new employees feel at home at Lake Achensee and can easily find their way around. It will also give you the knowledge to confidently give guests insider tips on how to explore our region like a local.
- Who can participate? This offer is exclusively for employers and employees in the Achensee region. It does NOT extend to friends, acquaintances, children, or guests. We kindly ask you to respect these conditions.
- How can you take part? Simply fill in the admission ticket included in this folder, and have it stamped by your employer – this is the only way your ticket will be valid. Then, visit the partner businesses of the “Achensee Discovery Week”, enjoy the experiences on offer, and collect a stamp by showing your ticket at each location. Once you’ve completed your ticket, hand it in by 31 May 2025 at the Welcome-CENTER Achensee in Maurach or at one of our information offices in Achenkirch, Pertisau, or Wiesing.
- What can you win? All participants will be entered into a prize draw to win a variety of prizes from our partners. The top prize is a balloon flight, either as part of the 2025 summer balloon rides or during the Achensee Ballooning Days 2026. Your chances of winning are not affected by the number of partner businesses you visit.
