Welcome to our holiday house "Zirmheim" in Pertisau at lake Achensee! Visit this quiet, sunny place in our cosy house and enjoy the beautiful mountain view! Our house is very close to the lake, where you can go for a walk at the lakeside promenade. The house is surrounded by our big garden where you can relax and where your kids can play and have fun. In winter, do can directy enter the cross-country ski trail via our garden, even the ski lift and the toboggan-run are very close. You can go by bus for free and the bus station is only 50m away.
We are very much looking forward to meeting you in our Zirmheim! Visit us, spend some relaxing, cosy and quiet days in our holiday home and get enchanted by the beauty of Achensee region!

Inntal-Highway A12 (vignette required!), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-main road B181, after 7 kilometres to Maurach centre. Turn right to Pertisau. There is a toll-free way via Achenpass/ Bad Tölz: From Munich to exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz –crossing the border via Achenkirch.
Public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station. From there take the bus to Achensee. Bus schedule at www.vvt.at. The transport to Achensee is free if you show your reservation confirmation.
