Our house is located in a wonderfully sunny location just a few meters from the lake.

Motorcycle, bicycle, and car parking spaces are available.
Summer:
In just a few steps, you can reach the lake, the bathing bays, the lakeside café, the tennis courts, sailing club 100m, diving school, surf and kite surfing school, riding school, and the boat landing stage Buchau, as well as the hiking paradise of the Rofan Mountains.
The golf course can be reached in a few minutes.
Winter:
In winter, you have the cross-country ski trails and the ski bus stop (free) right at your doorstep. Ski areas Rofan and Christlum are nearby.

Inntalautobahn A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, after 7 kilometers in the center of Maurach. Toll-free access via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the highway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz – across the state border via Achenkirch to Maurach.
Arrival by public transport: By train to Jenbach station. From there, take the public bus to Achensee. See the bus schedule at www.vvt.at. The journey to Achensee to Maurach is free upon presenting your reservation confirmation.
