Our house is located in a sunny position, just a 5-minute walk from the lake. In winter, you can directly access the cross-country ski trail right in front of the house. All our apartments are cozily furnished in Tyrolean style and fully equipped. Each apartment has satellite TV, telephone, etc., and a balcony - some with a view of the lake.
We offer small warm and cold snacks, coffee, drinks, and desserts for a little hunger in the house. In our shop, you can purchase regional products, exquisite wines and spirits, as well as photo souvenirs, gifts, and daily use products.

Turn off from Maurach center to Pertisau. It is also possible to arrive without tolls via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the highway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass, or Bad Tölz – crossing the state border through Achenkirch and Maurach to Pertisau.
Arrival by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station. From there, take the public bus to Lake Achensee. See bus schedule www.vvt.at. The journey to Achensee in Pertisau is free when presenting your reservation confirmation.
