The bright, newly renovated holiday apartment in the midst of an unobstructed meadow landscape impresses with a clear view of the radiant blue Achensee and the Karwendel. The 65m² apartment (with living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a wellness room, bathroom, WC, private parking) is located in a quiet area in the small village of Pertisau and is ideally suited as a starting point for a varied stay. Whether family, couple, or single – there is something for every sports and nature enthusiast. The surroundings offer wonderful opportunities for leisure activities: cycling or boating tours, dreamlike hikes, excursions to the beautiful golf course accessible on foot, romantic walks by the lake, or just heading to the beach. (Others: inline skating, paragliding, skydiving, diving, mountain biking, horseback riding, jogging, walking).

The gastronomy in Pertisau offers a diverse selection of top-class cuisine. However, for those who wish to relax at home, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining room. For a chill grill evening on the apartment's private terrace in the large garden, a garden grill is available. Daily shopping can be easily done at the nearby store. Those who want can have fresh rolls delivered daily.

Inntal Motorway A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee Federal Road B181, after 7 kilometers you will reach the center of Maurach. There is also a toll-free route via the Achen Pass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the motorway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achen Pass or Bad Tölz – across the state border via Achenkirch further to Maurach.

Travel by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station. From there, take the public bus to Achensee. See bus timetable www.vvt.at. The journey to Achensee is free if you present your reservation confirmation.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck (approx. 50km), Munich (approx. 140km), and Salzburg (approx. 150km).
