The cozy apartment of 46sqm is located in a quiet area. The valley station of the Rofan cable car can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. You can start your hikes or ski tours in the Rofan directly from your doorstep.
After enjoying the diverse recreational opportunities in the region, the tiled stove in winter and the garden in summer invite you to relax.

Inntalautobahn A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee federal road B181, after 7 kilometers you will reach the center of Maurach. It is also possible to arrive without tolls via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the motorway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz – continue over the state border via Achenkirch to Maurach.
Arrival by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station. From there, take the public bus to Achensee. See bus schedule www.vvt.at. The journey to Achensee is free if you show your reservation confirmation.
