Welcome to the Gramai Alm – a place to stop in the midst of the Karwendel Nature Park!
At the end of the Falzthurn Valley, in the heart of the Karwendel Nature Park, you will find the most beautiful things that Tyrol has to offer. A space for relaxation of special attractiveness! It’s indescribable – you simply have to experience it yourself.
Enjoy the untouched white splendor that enchants our valley in winter. Take a winter walk into the deeply snow-covered Falzthurn Valley and discover the Gramai Alm. You can reach us on foot or with cross-country skis.
The cozy rooms and, not least, the good cuisine of the Gramai Alm provide you with a delicious refreshment for the journey home. Enjoy Tyrolean specialties and the splendor of the white wonderland outside the room.
Overnight stays in our house are only possible in summer.

Inntalautobahn A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee federal road B181, turn after 7 kilometers in the center of Maurach towards Pertisau. It is also possible to travel without tolls via the Achen Pass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the highway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achen Pass or Bad Tölz – crossing the state border via Achenkirch and Maurach to Pertisau.
Travel by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station. From there, take the public bus to Achensee. See bus timetable www.vvt.at. The journey to Achensee in Pertisau is free of charge upon presenting your reservation confirmation.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck (50km), Munich (about 140km) and Salzburg (about 150km).
