Greetings and a warm welcome!
We are fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful places in Tyrol. We would like to share this happiness with you! Our family-run guesthouse is located directly on the Munich-Venice bike path and is the ideal starting point for hikes. The beautiful Achensee is about 5 km from the house. If you want to leave the car behind, you can use the free bus service. (Bus stop about 50m away) You will stay in an ecologically sustainable, newly renovated apartment (approx. 90m2), with two double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living area (approx. 50m2) with a balcony and stunning views of the Karwendel Mountains. For playing and frolicking, our little guests can use our large playground! If you want to escape the stress of everyday life and spend relaxing days in the midst of nature, you have come to the right place with us!

Inntalautobahn A12 (toll sticker required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee Federal Road B181, turn to Pertisau after 7 kilometers at the center of Maurach. A toll-free route is also possible via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich to the highway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz – over the state border via Achenkirch.

Travel by public transport: Take the train to Jenbach station. From there, take the public bus to Achensee. See bus schedule www.vvt.at. Travel to Achensee in Achenkirch is free if you show your reservation confirmation.
