Following the farmer's chalet, the enormous hay barn was converted in 2017. The result is a contemporary interpretation of a mountain lodge - intertwined with co-living and co-working. The functions of cooking, dining, and living are harmoniously integrated into an open spatial structure with a wooden terrace. At the back, a spectacular "wood ship" opens up, featuring a wide band of windows - a high-class workspace and movement area. A soft sleeping landscape lies in the attic. Up to 27 people can nestle in quiet "nooks," naturally on natural mattresses. The walls are completely clad in white fir. The dormers frame the mountains. In the central sanitary block, a Hygge flair prevails. Accordingly, our Mesnerhof Camp in Austria is considered a lighthouse project for tourism innovations.
Our service concept in terms of super self-sufficiency gives our guests the freedom of self-determined processes. The Mesnerhof-C has even been discovered for yoga retreats and weddings. In fact, we can accommodate up to 37 people with Camp & Chalet. And slowly but surely, even those who would not have been expected in the mountain village of Steinberg are arriving: Airbnb, Adidas, BMW... These truffle pigs of the new are constantly on the lookout for creativity-enhancing spaces. There, where a togetherness casually leads into undiscovered territory, like in our Mesnerhof-Camp.
