Appartements am Achensee
Our apartment house with six holiday apartments is located at the entrance of Pertisau on Lake Achensee in a unique position right by the lake. Close to the boat docks and directly on the lakeside promenade, you can enjoy your holiday on the shores of Tyrol's largest lake. On the sunny side of your vacation.
Under the motto "Arrive - Feel Good - Enjoy", we offer spacious apartments, quality and comfort in the furnishings, flexibility in vacation planning, and much more to ensure you have the perfect holiday by the lake. All apartments offer a magnificent view of the beautiful Tyrolean mountain world and the crystal-clear Achensee. All living units are bright, exclusive, and furnished with great attention to detail.
We have an infrared cabin in each apartment, free Wi-Fi throughout the building, dogs are welcome, and you are just a five-minute walk from the center. There is a reserved, free carport or parking space for your car, and everything is available for our little guests (cot including bedding and high chair) along with anything else you need for a perfect vacation. We are the ideal location for countless activities and excursions throughout the region and the surrounding mountains:
- 500 km of hiking trails (starting directly from our house)
- 250 km of cycling paths, whether challenging in the mountains or relaxing along the shore
- For our golfers or those aspiring to be, 18-hole Championship Golf Course Pertisau
- Water sports: swimming, diving, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing
- Or take a leisurely cruise around the lake on the Achensee ships
- Go high with the paragliding school
- Explore the climbing paths or climbing gardens with helmet & rope
- The trail entrance is located directly behind our house, with a total of 200 kilometers of groomed cross-country ski trails in the entire Achensee region
- With us, you can also enjoy winter quite relaxed, without two boards, on 65 km of cleared winter hiking trails
- In close proximity is the Karwendel ski area, and two additional family-friendly ski areas can be easily reached by the free regional bus or by car.

Take the motorway A12 (toll sticker required), exit at Wiesing/Achensee and follow the Achensee federal road B181 until you reach Maurach after 7 kilometres. From the village centre, turn right and continue to Pertisau. Toll-free journey is possible via Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich, follow the motorway and exit at Holzkirchen, then continue via Tegernsee and Achenpass or via Bad Tölz to the national border. Follow the road to Achenkirch and drive via Maurach to Pertisau.
Getting here by public transport: Take the train to the train station Jenbach. From here, Lake Achensee is just a short bus ride away, see bus timetables at www.vvt.at. Your reservation confirmation is your free bus ticket to Pertisau.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck (50km), Munich (ca. 140km), and Salzburg (ca. 150km).
