Feeling like a vacation, mountains, and lake? Then you're exactly right with us! Located in the center in a quiet, central area, just two minutes on foot from the lake, at the entry point to the ski trails, and near the golf course, lies our apartment house Alpenrose (formerly apartment house Klara). From here, you can easily embark on your holiday fun. No matter if it's hiking, Nordic walking, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, golfing, tobogganing, or skiing.
Our apartments with one to two bedrooms are all accessible by elevator and equipped with parquet floors, satellite TV, WLAN, landline phone, and safe. The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, electric stove with oven, and dishwasher, as well as complete dishware and laundry supplies. A bike and ski room with boot dryer and parking space are
also available. For our little guests, a high chair and baby bed are ready.

Take the motorway A12 (toll sticker required), exit at Wiesing/Achensee and follow the Achensee federal road B181 until you reach Maurach after 7 kilometres. From the village centre, turn right and continue to Pertisau. Toll-free journey is possible via Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich, follow the motorway and exit at Holzkirchen, then continue via Tegernsee and Achenpass or via Bad Tölz to the national border. Follow the road to Achenkirch and drive via Maurach to Pertisau.
Getting here by public transport: Take the train to the train station Jenbach. From here, Lake Achensee is just a short bus ride away, see bus timetables at www.vvt.at. Your reservation confirmation is your free bus ticket to Pertisau.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck (50km), Munich (ca. 140km), and Salzburg (ca. 150km).
