OUR HOUSE
Our house has 3 apartments on the first floor. On the ground floor is our apartment. A pleasant and inviting atmosphere, cleanliness, and relaxation are important to us.
Our apartments are well-equipped and invite you to feel comfortable. Each bathroom has a wellness cabin.

This is us – Nicole & Stefan
We, Nicole and Stefan, were both born and raised in Tyrol. Nicole has lived her whole life in Maurach, and Stefan's love for the place – and of course for his wife – ultimately drew him from Vomperbach to Lake Achensee.
Stefan is a trained glazier and tinsmith – the craftsman in the house. Nicole is a qualified kindergarten teacher and creates a cozy atmosphere with great attention to detail.
With courage, diligence, and the great support of our families, we fulfilled a big dream in 2025: our own home. In addition to our full-time jobs, we currently rent out three lovingly designed apartments.
We would like to share our beautiful home and our region with you. We are happy to pass on our personal tips and show you why we love our home and the surroundings of Lake Achensee so much.

We have a self-check-in. This means that the key is stored for you, and you can independently access your apartment. On the day of your arrival, you will receive an email from us with detailed instructions for a smooth check-in process. Additionally, we are also happy to assist you by phone.
