Es war wunderschön. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Man kann direkt von der Unterkunft schöne Spaziergänge nachen oder wenn man Ski fahren will, ist der Lift nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay and would love to come back! As a family with two children (4 and 12 years old), we stayed here and had perfect conditions. The accommodation offers two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, which was ideal for us. There are also two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub – which made everyday life with children very relaxed. We especially enjoyed the two balconies and the large, comfortable living room, where we spent a lot of time together. The location is superb: The house is right next to the ski slope, practically just a two-minute walk away. There's also an electric vehicle charging station right at the hotel, which was a huge plus for us. In front of the hotel is a golf course, which is wonderful for walks and perfect for sledding in the winter – our children loved it. Everything was very clean, well-designed, and family-friendly. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. Everything was very clean, well-planned, and family-friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An absolute recommendation! The owner is incredibly kind and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and modernly furnished, which makes the stay particularly pleasant. The location is perfect: just 3 minutes to the bus and cable car, and about 15 minutes to the boat. There are also many good dining options in the area. This certainly won't be the last time we stay here!

Just like the first time, we received a warm welcome from Silvia and found our apartment in top condition. We used the large holiday apartment Opal for a short winter break for the whole family (6 adults + 2 children). The apartment is really spacious and very cozy, equipped with everything you need, plus a bread delivery service. The landlady is very friendly and helpful and has great tips for things to do. The location is perfect, very close to the cross-country ski track. And after cross-country skiing or hiking, you can relax in the sauna. We would love to come back.

Our stay in the vacation apartment was a complete success. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. Our first time in Pertisau, perfect accommodation, very nice landlady, the weather was fantastic... ----------------------------------------------------------------------- We booked the Smaragd holiday apartment, which we absolutely loved. It was modern and very inviting, furnished with attention to detail! We felt right at home upon arrival! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – including cleaning supplies! The spa area with its fitness rooms is very functional and leaves nothing to be desired; everything is tastefully decorated with attention to detail! We enjoyed it every single day! It was the first time we'd ever seen a moss picture... absolutely wonderful! Our host, Silvia, is very friendly and helpful. She takes time for her guests, gives excellent tips, explains everything on maps, and outlines the possibilities for various activities. What more could you want! Simply perfect! The bread roll delivery service was excellent and highly recommended – the rolls are truly handcrafted, fresh, and delicious! The elevator in the building is perfect and made transporting luggage much easier! ... The entrance area and lounge on the ground floor are very nicely and invitingly designed and decorated; we really liked that. The ski room can be accessed from both inside and outside, which is very convenient – there are chairs there so you can comfortably put on and take off your boots! We had three wonderful days of cross-country skiing on perfectly groomed trails in a breathtaking landscape! We can also recommend the Karwendel cable car for a short hike in the sunshine!
