Inntalautobahn A12 (vignette required), exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, after 7 km you will reach the center of Maurach. Toll-free travel is possible via the Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich, take the highway exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz - across the border to Achenkirch and continue to Maurach.
By public transport: Train to Jenbach. From there, take the bus to Achensee (www.vvt.at). Travel is free when presenting the reservation confirmation.
