An extraordinary evening centered around talent, enjoyment, and style. The Achensee shipping company collaborates with the Pieler Agency, the young chefs, and the sommelier from the Gründler gourmet hotel, as well as the Zillertal tourism schools, offering guests a culinary experience of the highest level, uniquely presented on board by young talents under 25 years old. Perfectly paired wines accompany the menu and make Young Chef’s an evening full of enjoyment, inspiration, and special encounters. An event for all who not only appreciate but also celebrate culinary artistry.

The price includes a lake cruise, a multi-course menu, wine or non-alcoholic beverage accompaniment (please specify when making a reservation), and a parking ticket for the duration of the event.
You can park in the large parking lot behind the Hotel Christina - free ticket available on the boat.
- Please note that dogs are not allowed at the events on the ship
- Please indicate when making your reservation whether children up to 6 years old will be attending, so that we can guarantee the seats. Please also let us know if you need a high chair for your child
- Please check shortly before the event begins from which dock the ship departs. This way, you can ensure that you arrive on time and do not miss your seat on the MS Achensee. Changes to the departure location may occur. Please also note that there will be no refund of the ticket price for no-shows. We ask for your understanding, as the seats are limited and no-shows take away the opportunity for other guests to participate in this special event
