The kickoff of our new event series: “Guest Masterpiece at the Bread School”
From October 9 to 11, 2026, we will launch a very special format in my bakery in Achenkirch. Under the motto “3 days, 2 experts, 1 passion,” I will regularly invite the most exciting minds of the baking world directly to us in Tyrol.
The start of this exclusive series will be made by none other than Sebastian Weidelt, the “Black Baker” from the legendary KRABAT mill in Schwarzkollm.
When two state-certified bread sommeliers stand together by the oven, knowledge, craftsmanship, and pure joy for good bread merge. Together, we bridge the mystical baking tradition of Lusatia and the alpine craftsmanship of Tyrol.
