Achensee via ferrata camp

The Achensee Via Ferrata Camp, run by qualified mountain & ski guides, offers both beginners and advanced climbers the opportunity to learn about planning, technique and equipment.

ITINERARY

Friday, 13 June

08.30 Introduction of participants & division into small groups at Hotel Klingler in Maurach
09.30 Via ferrata safety tips: equipment check and introduction to via ferrata climbing at the via ferrata Christlumsiedlung
Approx. 13.00 Stop for refreshments
14.00 Practice of the correct technique at one of the via ferratas in the region
Afterwards, check-in at Hotel Klingler in Maurach
18.30 Group dinner
20.30 Lecture on equipment & alpine safety

Saturday, 14 June

07.30 Group breakfast
08.30 Ascent with the Rofan cable car in Maurach, followed by a hike to the Achensee 5-peak via ferrata. The session includes technical exercises, tips & tricks, and code of conduct in the mountains.

18.30 Group dinner
20.30 Tour planning

Sunday, 15 June

07.30 Group breakfast and check-out at Hotel Klingler
08.30 Final tour: exploring with etiquette and respecting nature
Approx. 16.00 Return to hotel and individual departure

Hint

Appropriate fitness level, head for heights. Suitable for beginners and advanced climbers. Courses will be held in German, advanced language skills required.

Super Camp, die Guides waren klasse! Haben ihr Know-how für den Kurs perfekt eingesetzt! Wussten wann für wen am besten Schluss ist. Sprich Einschätzungsvermögen der Personen ist vorhanden. Perfekt organisiert/kombiniert mit dem Hotel. Man muss sich um nichts kümmern! Hatten mit dem zusammengewürfelten Team Glück, war ne nette Truppe. Würde ich auf jedenfall wiederholen. Thanks for the time

Ich hatte keine schwierigkeit bei der Buchung , den wenn es ein Problem gab . konnte man jederzeit anrufen. Ich würde das jeden weiter empfehlen. Die Alpinschule Andi und Fabi, waren sehr sehr gute Ausbilner. Ich hatte sehr viel gekernt. Das Abseilen wr mega super . Der Wasserfall Klettersteig das Abschlusshiglight, war ein Tolles Abschluss erlebniss. So einen Schönen Wasserfall hab ich schon langen nicht mehr gesehen. Das Programm wurde sehr gut zusammen gestellt. Und nebenbei ist dieses Klettersteigcamp auch eine Schule fürs Leben. So entspannt war ich schon lange nicht mehr. Man lernte soo Nette Menschen kennen ,ohne auf negative Gedanken zu kommen. So sehe ich das von meiner Seite. Ein grosses Lob an die zwei Bergführer Andi und Fabi zamt die Fotografen. Mir gefiel das Klettersteigcamp soo gut , das ich warscheindlich nächstes Jahr wieder Buchen werde. Es gibt einfach nichts , womit ich Kretik ausüben könnte, mir fehlen die Worte. Ihr der Tourismus, habt das Camp mega super Organisiert. Es ist der ideale Start für die Berg Saison.
