Our VAYA Achensee is centrally located between the mountains and the lake in an authentic Tyrolean village and is the ideal starting point for water sports activities, Nordic walking and mountain biking trails as well as cross-country ski trails and snowshoe hikes in winter.

Your tasks
- Contact person for guests and acceptance of guest requests
- Check-in and check-out, rooming and house tours
- Advising and informing guests about all areas of the hotel and the surrounding area
- Registering guest data including registration and marketing data
- Active sales of hotel services and products
- Support with invoicing and debtor control
Your profile
- Completed professional training, preferably experience in the front office area
- Independent and service-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
- Confident handling of the PC
- Experience with hotel software (MEWS) an advantage

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- NOVACOM knowledge is an advantage

- Independent management of the kitchen post
- Production and preparation of meals
- Responsible, careful handling of food and work equipment
- If necessary, training of trainees in the kitchen
- Receiving and checking goods, proper storage of goods, monthly stocktaking
- Creation of menus and menu cards in collaboration with the head chef
Your profile
- Completed, job-specific training (chef)
- Several years of experience as a chef de partie or cook
- Very good specialist knowledge and expertise in dealing with relevant safety regulations
- Independent and service-oriented way of working
- Commitment, ability to work in a team and reliability
- German or English language skills
