Dear guests, welcome to the Karwendelblick apartment house in Pertisau am Achensee.
The flat house is situated in a quiet, sunny location on the edge of the forest, away from the main road and surrounded by a marvellous mountain scenery. Lake Achensee can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot. Our house is situated at 930 metres and is located in the middle of the Karwendel nature reserve, making it the perfect starting point for numerous excursion destinations and activities. Whether hiking, winter hiking, swimming, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and much more. - nothing stands in the way of a varied and relaxing holiday.

Cross-country skiing is a real highlight, especially at Lake Achensee. Over 200 kilometres of trails are waiting to be explored by you. The first access point is located directly at the Karwendel Nature Park - approx. 300 metres from our house. The nearest ski area is also just a 10-minute walk from us.

The combination of mountain and lake offers the perfect opportunity to make your holiday as varied as possible, especially in summer. Whether it's a dip in the refreshing Achensee, a mountain tour high above the Achensee or a mountain bike tour - the Achensee holiday region is unique in many different ways.

The Lifestyle Apartments Mondschein, Sonnjoch & Seeberg are located in the Karwendelblick apartment house. From the balcony or terrace of your holiday flat you can enjoy the view of the fantastic mountain scenery of the Karwendel mountains. The flats also have a garden barbecue. We are also happy to offer you a bread roll service for the duration of your stay.

Take the motorway A12 (toll sticker required), exit at Wiesing/Achensee and follow the Achensee federal road B181 until you reach Maurach after 7 kilometres. From the village centre, turn right and continue to Pertisau. Toll-free journey is possible via Achenpass or Bad Tölz. From Munich, follow the motorway and exit at Holzkirchen, then continue via Tegernsee and Achenpass or via Bad Tölz to the national border. Follow the road to Achenkirch and drive via Maurach to Pertisau.

Getting here by public transport: Take the train to the train station Jenbach. From here, Lake Achensee is just a short bus ride away, see bus timetables at www.vvt.at. Your reservation confirmation is your free bus ticket to Pertisau.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck (50km), Munich (ca. 140km), and Salzburg (ca. 150km).
