The kitchen team is dedicated to using high-quality locally sourced products. Meat and milk are produced by the hotel’s own farm. Natural yoghurt, bread and pastries are supplied by producers in Achenkirch. Fruit, vegetables and potatoes come from a farmer in the Inntal. Currently, a small menu is offered for lunch, and for dinner, the Posthotel offers a sumptuous menu.
