Learn to run correctly and efficiently - on asphalt as well as off-road. At the Achensee running camp you will be given an ideal insight into running and its facets and shown how to make your running training as varied and effective as possible.

ITINERARY
Thursday, 04 May
- 10.00 First performance diagnostics and video recording for running style analysis at the Lakeside GYM of the Atoll Achensee direct journey to the Atoll Achensee or free of charge with the public bus from loisi's Boutiquehotel am Achensee)
- 17.00 Get together at loisi's Boutiquehotel am Achensee in Achenkirch
- 18.30 Dinner at loisi´s Boutiquehotel am Achensee
Friday, 05 May
- 07.00 morning run, optional - followed by breakfast
- 09.30 presentation of running products with subsequent test opportunity
- approx. 12.00 Lunch break
- 14.00 Functional training for runners
- Afterwards personal discussion regarding video analysis (on-site arrangement) or wellness and regeneration in the hotel
- 18.30 Dinner at loisi's boutiquehotel
- 20.00 Lecture on the topic of nutrition in sports
Saturday, 07 May 2022
- 07.00 morning run, optional - followed by breakfast
- 09.30 guided runs with local coaches in various ability groups in Pertisau
- approx. 12:00 Lunch break
- 13.30 Running ABC
- 18:30 Dinner at loisi's Boutiquehotel
- 20:00 Evaluation of the performance diagnostics and lecture on training design
Sunday, 08 May 2022
- 07.00 Morning run - followed by breakfast
- 10.30 Functional training for runners
- Individual departure
Participants will receive the detailed schedule and packing list by email before the camp. The schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions.

Provisions (snacks, drinks) during the tours, cost for meals/drinks at mountain huts, drinks at the hotel
Heart rate belt and heart rate monitor (if available), food for the runs (drinks, bars, gels), fitness mat, swimwear, appropriate equipment (running clothes, running shoes), sunglasses (sun protection), rainwear
Condition to run for one hour.
